1. Human Centipede 570 points: Third highest scoring season in league history, headlined by the top QB, Patrick Mahomes (133 points), and the top RB, Austin Ekeler (111 points). Picking the #7 WR, A.J. Brown (84 points), in the 3rd round was a great move. He lucked into getting Kenneth Walker in the 2nd waiver wire and traded him to Adam for the #6 WR, CeeDee Lamb (86 points). He finished #2 in efficiency with 85.59% because his starters were all solid. With no real weaknesses he won the total points title with a 55 point margin and gets off the schneid after two straight finishes in the pit.
   
   
2. Stumps 515 points: A great team led by the #2 QB, Josh Allen (126 points) and the #1 RB, Christian McCaffrey (111 points). Tee Higgins (59 points) was a decent 3rd round pick who finished as WR #16. Two late draft picks, 7th round pick Tony Pollard (74 points) and 11th round pick DeVonta Smith (71 points) were a big part of his success. He finished #1 at RB with McCaffrey, Pollard and Travis Etienne Jr. (58 points), but struggled at WR a bit, finishing with an 11th place rank in part because he struggled with who to start when 5th round pick Gabe Davis (38 points) turned out to be a bit of a bust, and partly because he started 3 RBs much of the time.
   
   
3. Sactown Shrimpers 477 points: Easily the best team he's fielded in 10 years in the league. His first two draft picks, Saquon Barkley (85 points) and Stefon Diggs (92 points) were top 6 at their respective positions. Mark Andrews (42 points) was a bust in the 3rd round. His money player was Josh Jacobs (103 points), a 7th round pick who finished as RB #3 and was arguably the steal of the draft. Sometimes homer picks work out! His achillies heel was at QB (ranked 12th), where 5th round pick Matthew Stafford (31 points) was a bust who only played 9 games. He split his other starts between Jared Goff (84 points) and Trevor Lawrence (84 points) but missed picking the right one pretty often and didn't get more than 26 points from either of them despite the fact that they were both top 7 QBs. He finished with an efficiency of 71.84%, good for 11th place. Playoff winner.
   
   
4. G Practice Unit 465 points: Early draft picks Ja'Marr Chase (74 points) and Nick Chubb (89 points) kept his team competitive despite a couple of bust draft picks like 3rd rounder Russell Wilson (49 points) and 4th rounder AJ Dillon (32 points). Struggled to find a decent QB but finally traded for Kirk Cousins (94 points) with 6th round pick Jerry Jeudy (51 points) and finished 7th at the position. 15th round pick DeAndre Hopkins (47 points) came back from suspension and was solid. Snagged Brian Robinson Jr. (28 points) in the 2nd waiver wire and traded him to Golden Holes for Deebo Samuel (39 points) which worked out poorly when Deebo got hurt. Had the #1 defense led by Matthew Judon (17 points).
   
   
5. US Americans 456 points: A solid team led by 1st round pick Derrick Henry (101 points) and 2nd round pick Travis Kelce (90 points). Early investments at WR had middling returns, including Mike Evans (57 points) and Mike Williams (50 points). Miles Sanders (55 points) in the 6th was a nice grab, and he stole Amari Cooper (66 points) in the 14th round but only started him 6 times and missed 4 of his biggest games. Also nabbed Garrett Wilson (59 points) on the waiver but never started him. Drafting Tua Tagovailoa (76 points) in the 10th round made up for 5th round bust Derek Carr (64 points). His season was classic case of hitting on late-round picks but not really maximizing their value because your early picks aren't busts but aren't great either. Least efficient team in the league at 71.70%
   
   
6. Superbowl Bound 450 points: Injuries to 1st round pick Cooper Kupp (64 points in 9 games) and Breece Hall (31 points in 7 games) derailed his season. 2nd rounder Justin Herbert (79 points) was also something of a disappointment given that he was drafted as QB1. Late round hits on 6th rounder Christian Kirk (68 points), 7th rounder Chris Olave (44 points), and 9th rounder Brandon Aiyuk (54 points) helped save his season, but he never found another RB after Hall went down and finished last at the position. Had the #2 ranked defense led by Danielle Hunter (10 points), Chris Jones (9 points) and Von Miller (8 points).
   
   
7. Brighton Bruisers 448 points: Drafted using a Zero-RB stategy. 1st round pick Justin Jefferson (119 points) was an absolute stud. Traded 2nd rounder CeeDee Lamb (86 points) for Kenneth Walker III (57 points) in week 6 which cost him about 20 points. This was because 4th round pick James Conner (54 points) got hurt and missed a few games and all his other late round RBs were busts, including: Eli Mitchell (7 points), Melvin Gordon III (13 points), Kareem Hunt (14 points). 6th round QB Lamar Jackson (63 points) started hot, then got hurt and didn't play as well before ultimately missing the end of the season. He finished 11th at QB. The 7th round is high for a kicker, but Daniel Carlson (59 points) ended up being worth the price and helped him finish 2nd at the position. Led the league in efficiency at 88.36%.
   
   
8. Manginas 447 points: Went RB heavy in the draft with Dalvin Cook (67 points) and Javonte Williams (11 points). Cook was disapointing and Javonte busted via injury. Joe Burrow (111 points) was a great pick in round 3. Ezekiel Elliott (47 points) was something of a bust in round 4, and he only earned half of the points Zeke scored. Diontae Johnson (32 points) was a bust in round 5 and he spent the season seeking the right WRs to start, including Jaylen Waddle (earned 43 of 74 points), Chris Godwin (50 of 55 points). Traded 3 WRs and picked up 6 more in the waiver. Somehow ended the season ranked 8th at WR. Scored just 22 points on defense an finished last at the position.
   
   
9. Abusement Park 442 points: Injuries were the story in this disappointing season. 1st rounder Jonathan Taylor (47 points) missed 5 games, 3rd rounder Keenan Allen (45 points) missed 7 games, and 5th rounder Dak Prescott (65 points) missed 5 games. 4th round WR Courtland Sutton (19 points) was a bust. Cut 10th round steal Kenneth Walker III (57 points) the week before Rashaad Penny got hurt. Rhamondre Stevenson (72 points) was also a steal in the 7th round. Snakebit at WR all year, he finished last at the position by a significant margin.
   
   
10. Golden Holes 432 points: Apart from Joe Mixon (64 points) he struggled at RB and finished 11th at the position. J.K. Dobbins (16 points) was a bust in round 4. Zamir White (0 points) and J.D. McKissic (9 points) rounded out a laughable group. Davante Adams (99 points) was by far the best player. Deebo Samuel (39 points) was a bust in the 3rd round. Waiver wire picks Justin Fields (82 points) and Geno Smith (83 points) may have been the biggest steals of the waiver wire this year, but he only started Geno 5 times. Kirk Cousins (94 points) was a fantastic 5th round pick but he only started him 4 times. There was a lot of wasted QB talent on this team.
    
    
11. Whiskey Rebellion 415 points: Really struggled at RB this year and it all started with 1st round bust Najee Harris (52 points). He gave up on him in week 5 and juggled Leonard Fournette (54 points), David Montgomery (48 points) and Isiah Pacheco (33 points) the rest of the way, finishing 10th at the position. Couldn't find anyone other than Terry McLaurin (55 points) to start at WR and finished 9th. Top player was 9th round steal Jalen Hurts (102 points). Had a few offers to trade Tom Brady (87 points) but never did it, though he probably should have given where he finished.
    
    
12. Snowman 401 points: First two picks were just okay with 1st rounder Alvin Kamara (62 points) and 2nd rounder D'Andre Swift (52 points). After that the busts hit hard: 3rd rounder Kyler Murray (53 points), 4th rounder Darren Waller (17 points), and 5th rounder Allen Robinson II (13 points). The lone bright spot was 6th rounder Amon-Ra St. Brown (72 points). A nice kicking game, led by Brandon McManus (54 points) earned him the most kicker points, but that hardly a consolation prize when you're at the bottom of the Pit.
